Join us for our new belly dancing classes! Come & shake what your mama gave you, build strength & grace in your body, and fall in love with yourself even more.
Each class consists of 4 stages: a warm-up, an intensive belly dancing session, a few core & pilates exercises to help build strength in our bodies, and the final phase of stretching.
The classes will be led by our brilliant new collaborator, Petra! She’s very passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, and appreciate them in their full form & expression.
What to bring: reusable water bottle, comfortable exercise clothes, and socks (if you prefer not to be barefoot). Mats for the pilates & stretching will be provided.
PLEASE NOTE that all of our events have a minimum and a maximum capacity to make sure that we keep the groups intimate enough to learn & share freely. With that in mind, we ask that you please sign up in advance and reserve your spot. Tickets will not be sold on location.
